Thermal Imaging Technology
This new technology uses an infrared camera to reveal problems from sources of energy loss and moisture intrusion. This device can see what the naked eye cannot!
4-Point Insurance Inspection
This Inspection program is gaining in popularity and will likely continue to expand as the insurance companies recognize the value of the inspections to the insurance carrier. Wind Mitigation Inspection
Insurance companies in Florida will give home owners a discount on their wind insurance if their home meets certain requirements. In order to receive this discount you must submit a Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form to them filled out by a qualified company.
Roof Condition Certification
Insurance companies require this inspection to determine the age of the roof when there is no permit information on record.
